Top notch customer service!! Josh is my wheelchair guy and he makes the process so smooth and he is so very kind, and for me that means a lot as I am new to needing a wheelchair and that comes with a lot of emotions. Josh was very caring and brings good vibes and that definitely made me feel calmer about navigating my new world. Francis installed some things in my home and he was great. I’ve had email communications with Dawn and Randa and both were very friendly and efficient. My wheelchair needed to be serviced and i am so pleased with the work they did—unfortunately I do not know the technician(s) names. I would recommend Congdon’s to anyone, they made this transition easier on me and I am so grateful.

Shelley B was exceptionally kind and understanding of what I was looking for, and she went above and beyond to make sure the bed I received was exactly what I needed. She’s still working with me to see if there are other items that could be helpful in my multiple sclerosis journey, which I truly appreciate. I also want to mention the delivery and assembly team, Frances and James, who were absolutely amazing — professional, efficient, and very considerate throughout the setup process. Overall, I highly recommend Congdon’s for their excellent service, caring staff, and attention to detail.
