As a seniors' entertainer, I have the privilege of performing regularly in more than 35 seniors' residences across Southwestern Ontario. I've had the opportunity to perform at Clair Hills many times, and every visit has been a pleasure. The social programming is thoughtfully planned, resident participation is outstanding, and there is a genuine sense of community. I've consistently seen kindness, respect, and care among both staff and residents. It's clear that relationships matter here, and that creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere that is a joy to experience.

The staff here are absolutely wonderful! I've been amazed how throughout even the pandemic how much they were able to retain their stuff when many other retirement homes had an increase in turnover. Paula in particular is a wonderful :-) when you enter the door and is always stepping in to help residents and visitors without hesitation.

I have had the pleasure of visiting a resident at Clair Hills and I was struck by the compassion and care I witnessed by the staff. As soon as you walk through the front entrance you are greeted by welcoming staff and residents. There is a sense of joy as people buzz about attending a variety of activities and social gatherings. I also witnessed care professionals interactions with residents and they were cheerful and caring in their duties. I had to interact with management to solve a problem and they quickly addressed the issue and provided a time line to the solution. I have had numerous experiences in retirement communities and I can honestly say Clair Hills was one of the best.
