Beautiful home, my mother stayed for respite. She had hip surgery. The staff went over and above to ensure she was welcome and safe while she recovered there.

Chartwell’s Terrace on the Square is an outstanding residence that truly feels welcoming the moment you walk in. The building is beautifully maintained, thoughtfully designed, and clearly focused on creating a comfortable, vibrant community for its residents. A huge part of that first impression was thanks to RLC Lisa Dougay, who gave us an exceptional tour of the home. Lisa was knowledgeable, warm, and genuinely passionate about the residence, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer every question without ever feeling rushed. Her professionalism and care really set the tone and made the experience memorable. An excellent home, made even better by an excellent team.
