Worst customer service ever ! I have been calling for over a month now, I have emailed . And never receive a call or email back. My boyfriend did random urinalysis testing through them which ended 8 weeks ago and have still not received any results . Again worst company and customer service ever !

We had Bayshore for a number of months helping to care for our dad as the dementia is progressing. The staff that came were helpful and nice. However there were many times caregivers didn’t show, or we were contacted last minute to say no one was coming and they had no replacements. Also every month I’d get email from the financially office saying we never paid and I’d have to send proof of my payments for their services. And Times I left messages and were never contacted. It’s like they don’t have enough staff, which is sad, and doesn’t look good for the company. We ended up switching to Comfort Keepers. I do NOT recommend Bayshore. But I DO recommend Paru and Comfort Keepers in Bedford.

I'm utterly shocked to come online and actually see a five-star rating for Bayshore Home Health! My mother who works a full-time job and is a full-time caregiver for my father at home, has been let down by this company time after time again! Week after week they have canceled last minute or as of today have had a "no-show" leaving her high and dry when my mother is depending on them. I only wish that my mother got the same sort of service as those who are rating this company five star 👎 Truly a disappointment!
