Worst customer service ever ! I have been calling for over a month now, I have emailed . And never receive a call or email back. My boyfriend did random urinalysis testing through them which ended 8 weeks ago and have still not received any results . Again worst company and customer service ever !

We had Bayshore for a number of months helping to care for our dad as the dementia is progressing. The staff that came were helpful and nice. However there were many times caregivers didn’t show, or we were contacted last minute to say no one was coming and they had no replacements. Also every month I’d get email from the financially office saying we never paid and I’d have to send proof of my payments for their services. And Times I left messages and were never contacted. It’s like they don’t have enough staff, which is sad, and doesn’t look good for the company. We ended up switching to Comfort Keepers. I do NOT recommend Bayshore. But I DO recommend Paru and Comfort Keepers in Bedford.
