My parents needed a home and in a hurry. I went to many different places to tour but Cedarcroft was perfect for them. Not very big, very clean, the rooms were sparkling and as closest to my parents budget. From the minute they got there everyone was amazing. My dad got there before my mom did and they all took care of him. And he isn’t the easiest to please. When my mother got there she was very sick They took such good care of her. Checking on her and making sure she was okay. I cannot thank everyone there enough My parents are in longterm care now and are definitely missing everyone at cedarcroft. Thank you…all of you for everything

My Mother is in the hospital we are being told they are discharging her and putting the pressure on us. We were calling and inquiring at a bunch of retirement homes in Durham. The pressure is mounting, I have to say speaking with Robert was a breath of fresh air. He took the time to listen to me, answer any questions and even offered to follow up and provide guidance throughout our journey. Highly recommend visiting this retirement home and giving them a call if you have any needs.

My dad lived at Cedar Croft Oshawa For over a year. They met his needs and always kept him safe. The staff became like family to our family. The manager of the facility Taylor Sweet would always tune my Dad's guitar and play music with my dad! The staff including maintenance manager psws nurses and recreation ALWAYS went above and beyond putting my dad's favorite movies on and my dad's favorite songs on. The kitchen staff would always serve my dad what he liked. Dad was certainly set in his ways and sometimes was not easy to deal with but they were always able to redirect him and calm him even if it took a walk to the pizza place next door. The communication between family and cedarcroft was excellent! All the staff always went far Above & Beyond for dad! What a great environment to have a loved one reside at.
