I’ve had the pleasure of working with Chartwell Rockcliffe through my role with a private care company, where I’ve conducted falls prevention workshops within their community. From the moment I walked through the doors, I could feel how welcoming and family-oriented the environment is. I’ve visited many retirement communities throughout the city, and I can honestly say Chartwell Rockcliffe truly stands out. The staff are incredibly caring, passionate, and dedicated, and you can see the genuine connections they build with residents every day. The atmosphere feels warm, supportive, and filled with kindness. It’s clear that the people here truly care about the well-being and happiness of their residents. I would absolutely recommend Chartwell Rockcliffe to anyone looking for a place where their loved ones will be treated with compassion, respect, and care.

Chartwell Rockcliffe is a very impressive place - well appointed and elegant in all respects. In my opinion, it is the most desirable seniors' residence in the city. I have been a guest speaker about astronomy at Chartwell Rockcliffe; in this regard, I have been working with the Residence Experience Manager "Annie", who does a truly superb job for the residents, and who is very helpful in coordinating/planning with me.

My 97 year-old mother made an unplanned moved to Chartwell Rockcliffe after a fall left her unable to return home. Despite the short timeline and the special needs associated with her injury, the transition has gone smoothly. The facilities are beautiful, the food is excellent and the other residents are kind and welcoming. The entire staff team is wonderful - so many good-hearted individuals who seem to genuinely enjoy what they do. Everyone has been helpful, responsive, and caring, and the communications are open and easy. A special shout-out to the front desk team: your smiles and personal greetings make every visit a pleasure!
