This place is nothing like they advertised. It says has an elevator and it does not. Exclusive that's a joke, my mother in law was treated worse than an animal. Her food was left in her room with her pills which she was unable to give to herself where found on the floor by my sister in law. When my sister in law arrived her food was cold and and sitting there for 2 hours. We saw mice running around. The place is run down. I have some pics. Toilet is loose. One bathroom has a shower which is not assessible for wheelchair and the other bathroom is a bath tub. The plug in the bathroom near the sink is not GFI. My sister in-law had to be the one to try to bathe my mother in law. Also if you are trying to get someone into longterm you know that if you get accepted into one you have a limited amount of time to take that spot. This retirement home took my mother in laws next month payment because they said they need 30 day notice ( she moved to lonterm Feb 28/25). Longterm DOESN'T give you 30 days to move in. You have at most 1 week. This place needs to be shut down!!! PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE GOING THERE. I'm so glad she is out of there!!!

The entire family loves Exclusive Retirement, for my grandmother, the Place is super clean, the staff are polite and helpful, and my grandmother was treated like Royalty. I highly recommend exclusive retirement.
