This property is absolutely gorgeous! Looks recently renovated, super clean, beautifully decorated! The foods great and everyday is something different! And the psws and staff are all sooo nice and patient with the residences! Highly recommend this location for your loved ones

My mother moved into Chartwell Lansing March 2025. The transition has been challenging for her personally as she was reluctant to give up her perception of independence. The Chartwell Lansing team has been consistently welcoming, accommodating, respectful and kind. The staff has worked to put her more at ease, thus she is more accepting of assistance. The meals are consistently of high quality. The physical location is accessible by public transit and there is plenty of off street parking as well. The facility is newly renovated and the common spaces are tastefully decorated. The activities are stimulating and enjoyable for the residents and visitors. The nursing staff is professional, communicative and helpful with care coordination. The fee structure is transparent. Change is challenging for anyone, the staff has been supportive of myself and my mother over the past 9 mos. As my mother's journey continues, I know the guardrails provided by Chartwell Lansing give her a better and safer living situation. I have peace of mind.

Chartwell Lansing is a terrific facility. Newly renovated, it’s clean and fresh with great amenities and access to main streets and good areas for walking. The staff are all helpful and very patient. They welcomed my dad and helped him to easily settle in. They seem to always know what is happening- with him specifically and everything on the schedule, etc. He likes all the food and tells me that the chef even got to know his preferences in a short time. They have lots of cute surprises like fun cups for ice cream on the patio and bbq events along with weekly planned outings. The administration is very well organized and caring to both family and residents. Their processes, paperwork and policies are reasonable and clear- which made it much easier in a stressful time to make decisions. I met all the leaders there early on as we navigated early days there and they were all kind and attentive to our questions and needs. It was a big relief to get him here! He has independence and support at the same time and is very comfortable inside and outside his space there. Thank you, Chartwell Lansing!
