  I just wanted to express that Sindy was so helpful to me and other residents. She had creative ideas and often approached us directly to encourage us to participate, sometimes coming right up to the tables right before the activity to encourage us and it worked. Her enthusiasm really was motivating and one we joined we loved manY of her fun and interesting activities. She decorated and dressed up for many events.We had High British Tea and dressed up in fascinators. Jen made cucumber sandwiches and tarts and fresh fruit. (both men and women joined in the fun. We had a carnival outside and was lots of fun. She a movie festival with 2movies back to back which I loved and the theatre was packed. She had football game night, we all watched the big football game after dinner and enjoyed each other's company. She went above and beyond and we felt her dedication and genuine care she put into each event. We Lso felt she treated each resident with respect and patience and included each person no matter their abilities or age male or female.She is so enthusiastic and her enthusiasm and excitement encourages all to participate.   My mom moved into Chartwell about two months ago. She was very worried about making such a large life change. The management and staff at Chartwell have been so helpful and welcoming! My mom keeps saying how friendly everyone is and how they keep checking to make sure she is adjusting okay. We also wanted to move into a smaller suite as soon as one was available as my mom is very cost conscious. Zoia kept us up to date with when a suite was available and we moved with no issues, relieving a lot of stress for my mother. The residence is open and airy, and the residents make good use of the shared facilities like the common rooms so Chartwell has a positive community vibe. Thank you Chartwell for ensuring a great experience for my mom!

  This property is absolutely gorgeous! Looks recently renovated, super clean, beautifully decorated! The foods great and everyday is something different! And the psws and staff are all sooo nice and patient with the residences! Highly recommend this location for your loved ones
