  I would like to share my sincere appreciation for Scarlette Chartwell Etobicoke, especially Dorothy, the Director of Care. Dorothy is an exceptional leader—professional, caring, approachable, and genuinely dedicated to the well-being of the residents. She takes quality of care very seriously and always ensures that staff and students maintain high standards of professionalism and compassion. Her leadership and clear expectations create a positive and respectful environment for everyone. The facility itself is warm, welcoming, clean, and beautifully maintained. The residents are very well cared for, and the staff are friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Having worked in long-term care myself, I can truly say that the quality of care at Sunrise of Thornhill is exceptional. Dorothy and her team deserve recognition for creating such a caring and professional environment.

  Chartwell Scarlett Heights deserves the recognition. My family member lives there and is so happy. She always talks about how kind and caring everyone is, and it gives our family great peace of mind knowing she's in such a welcoming community. I also want to thank the maintenance manager. I don't remember his name, but he's the tall, bald headed gentleman who has been so helpful. He has fixed my family member's furniture and does a wonderful job keeping her suite well maintained. His kindness and patiance really stand out. Thank you to the entire team at Chartwell Scarlett Heights for making it such a wonderful place to call home.

  I highly recommend Chartwell Scarlett Heights to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and caring retirement home. My aunt lives there, and she truly enjoys being part of the community. I recently spoke with her, and she went on and on about all the wonderful things she loves about the building and the management team. Hearing how happy she is inspired me to write this review. I am not someone who usually writes reviews, but I felt this one was well deserved. Every time I have visited Chartwell Scarlett Heights, I have been very impressed by the friendly atmosphere, the cleanliness of the home, and the genuine care shown to the residents. A special thank you to Diane, the General Manager, and her amazing management team. They are incredibly kind, compassionate, and approachable, and they consistently go above and beyond to make every resident feel valued, respected, and cared for. My aunt often says that Diane and the management team feel like her family. They make her feel safe, supported, and truly at home, and that gives our family tremendous peace of mind. Since my aunt speaks so highly of everyone there, and because I've always had such positive experiences during my visits, I wanted to share how grateful we are for everything they do. Thank you to Diane and the entire team at Chartwell Scarlett Heights for creating such a wonderful place where seniors can truly feel at home. I would not hesitate to recommend this retirement home to anyone looking for a safe, caring, and welcoming community for a loved one.
