My mother is currently a resident of the Ancaster Highgate Retirement Home. I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude to the extraordinary staff that work at this facility. The Highgate culture is one of caring and respect. No matter who you meet, they are friendly, engaging and helpful. They give meaning to my mother’s life and have made the Highgate her home and her community. I am forever grateful! I highly recommend the Highgate to anyone who is contemplating moving there.

The service and the staff is amazing here the rooms are very good and clean my parents are very happy here.

My father moved into Highgate when his health started to decline and he could no longer live on his own. The staff went above and beyond on the care for my father. Everyone was friendly to my family and dad. He had nothing but praise for all the staff. The facility is super clean and has a warm homey feel. Thank you all for your wonderful care!
