I have the say the property staff must be extremely busy taking care of their residents. I left 3 different messages asking for a tour of the property. I even call the Senior Executive Director....not 1 person called me back. Hopefully they take great care of their seniors because their customer service is terrible. Maybe they shouldn't waste their time advertising if they can't keep up.

My late mother was a resident during the worst of Covid. She received acceptable care during her stay. We were never denied access to visit her and I very much appreciated this. However since my mother passed away and we cleared her room, the accounting has been terrible. I was told we had to retain her room for 30 days and pay accordingly. Her account has not been adjusted correctly and I have been trying to clear this up for six month and I have been given the run around and no answers or even my calls returned. At nearly $6,000. a month I expect better.

The food most days is very disappointing. The home is beautiful but we were promised built in cupboards in the room but instead found a tiny, tiny cupboard stuck in the corner of a very tiny room. Bathroom could fit 4 or 5 wheelchairs so a lot of wasted space, poor design. Most staff are awesome and work very hard to please.
