I’m a pet / house sitter and I had the pleasure of staying for a month at Whitby North Residence. During my stay here I was able to see , interact with many guests , staff and management. I have nothing but positive things to say about everyone I came in contact with . From the management team , front desk staff , servers and house keeping every single person was so kind and always had a smile on their face . Though every one knew I was a short term guest , I was constantly treated with kindness and respect. As someone who was in the hospitality industry for over 40 years , I was so impressed on how the staff treated the guests here . I highly recommend this residence and thank them for a great stay Well done Tim

I just want to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the care my aunt received at Amica. Although her stay was short, the team provided exceptional support and compassion every step of the way. The PSWs were incredibly kind and attentive, always ensuring my aunt was comfortable while also keeping me informed about her care and well-being. That level of communication meant a great deal to me during a difficult time. One team member, in particular, truly stood out—Marina. As a Resident Care Partner, she went above and beyond every single day. Her kindness, dedication, and genuine compassion made a lasting impact on both my aunt and myself. Anyone in her care is truly fortunate. Thank you to the entire team for making such a difference.
