My grandmother loves it here in the LTC side of Taunton Mills but my only complaint is that I wish the nurses and PSW'S could wear their own scrubs for freedom of expression. I had my grandmother in another facility in Whitby before this and she adored the sweet, colourful scrubs but now complains about the polo-shirt scrubs that this facility has. Please consider changing the ability to wear scrubs for staff in the LTC department, it would make so much more sense for that sense of uniform to be in the retirement.

I really like the QR code on the name tag that is issued to log out when I'm leaving Taunton Mills. Since I'm only visiting my parents....is it possible to get a permanent card with a QR code to log in on my weekly visits?

Staff are always so friendly and helpful. I appreciate all that they do to assist my mother at this stage of her life. I'm concerned about the laundry services. Her whites are grungy and she has a large pile of single socks and no pairs plus other people's labelled items, which she can't possibly have put in her drawers. The floor around her tv stand has large dust bunnies indicating a lack of cleaning.
