  Patients are treated with respect. Excellent personal care. Great food. My Mom has been there for a year and is doing amazing.

  If I could give Mill Creek 10 stars, I would. My mother, a patient with dementia (2e) has been in their care for approximately 2 months now. They far surpassed our expectations! Mom is not the most compliant or friendly person, but they not only cared for her - with TLC and dignity, the many days my father stayed with her - they cared to his needs too. My mother Carol, will be going to Heaven soon, but in these last few days - I am beyond grateful for God's hand on her life and allowing such an amazing team to care for her and our family, with true TLC and Kindness.

  We would like to take this opportunity to share our deepest gratitude on behalf of our beloved grandmother—our Noni—Ginna Zotter, who lives on 2 East at Mill Creek Care Center and is living with dementia. Though Ginna may not always be able to express these thoughts herself, we know in our hearts—and see it in her smile, her calm, and her sense of comfort—that she is surrounded by exceptional care, warmth, and dignity every single day. Mill Creek is more than a facility—it is a true home. And it is the people who make it that way. To the Activities Staff: A heartfelt thank you to Danielle, the incredible manager of activities, who brings joy and creativity into every day. Whether it’s a craft, a music session, or a themed event, your dedication helps give Ginna and her fellow residents moments of joy, laughter, and connection. And to the full-time staff member always running crafts and fun programs—though we regret not remembering your name, please know your kindness and enthusiasm are deeply appreciated. You make each day feel special and thanks for always including Ginna in everything you do. To Housekeeping: The entire facility is always clean, bright, and inviting. Thank you for making Ginna’s environment safe and serene. Your attention to detail and care in your work play a vital role in supporting the health and dignity of every resident. You help make Mill Creek feel like home. To Margaret at the Front Desk: Margaret, thank you for being such a welcoming presence. Your warmth and friendly smile create a feeling of comfort the moment we walk in. You make us feel like family—and that kind of kindness makes all the difference. To the Dietary Staff: A huge thank you to Fatina and the other lovely woman in the kitchen whose name we’ve sadly forgotten—your work does not go unnoticed! You serve every meal with kindness and respect, and your care brings comfort to Ginna and so many others. We appreciate the patience and warmth you show every single day. To the Healthcare Staff: There are not enough words to thank the incredible team who cares for Ginna day in and day out. You are heroes. The care you provide—both physical and emotional—is extraordinary, especially for those living with dementia. A special thank you to our favorite PSWs: Jeana, Vickie, and Joe—your compassion and gentleness shine through in everything you do. Ginna is lucky to have you, and so are we. Also, heartfelt thanks to: Ava, Kathy, Lea, May Delaney, Susan, Hiral, and Mary. And a special mention to Tim, who now works on another floor but is truly missed on 2 East. You brought light, laughter, and care that we will always appreciate. You always had my grandma dressed in the most beautiful outfits! We are absolutely certain we are forgetting names, and for that we sincerely apologize. Please know this is not a reflection of your importance—every single team member contributes something vital and beautiful to the lives of your residents. I wish I had all your names written down. From the quiet moments to the daily challenges, you all give of yourselves in ways that matter deeply. Please know you do not go unnoticed. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for loving and caring for Ginna Zotter as your own. She may not always have the words, but we see it in her peace, her moments of happiness, and the comfort she feels in your care.
