I recently posted a negative review on this nursing home. Largely based on a premature assessment. Anyone that read it… You could see most of my frustration was with my elderly father’s wife, who is not my mother….. She is an evil person, and hopefully karma is real to her… In the long haul, I now see Victoria Village Manor wasn’t on my side… Or my father’s wife’s side… They were caught in the middle of a negative family dynamic. While I am not 100% happy with the ending of the story… VVM Navigated a very difficult situation in a fair manner. They have nothing to do with any of my ill feelings. If you are considering putting an elderly family member in this facility wow I have never been there yet. I Have seen positive things

It certainly a lovely retirement facility. The staff treat the folks really nice. We visit weekly and people living there are very happy.🥂🪷🌺🌷

I visit a patient here bi weekly for massage therapy. The staff and residents are always welcoming. The building is well maintained and cared for. The staff I see while I am visiting are wonderful, caring and excellent at their jobs; you can see how passionate they are, and how well cared for the residents are.
