  Staff needs to brush up on cleaning , my mother was severe couldn't breathe to clean , she was hospitalized consistently , I went there during one of my mother's hospitalizations looking for things and the worker was looking under my mother's bed and she moved things out and the amount of dust under my mother's bed was mortifying considering she was on home oxygen with a very small lung capacity , she replied oh thats probably not good for her . It probably contributed to the monthly hospitalizations. Constant exacerbation. Workers smoke near the front doors . Knowing they work with sick individuals. Just sad . They claim to go above and beyond but couldn't dust for someone who could barely breathe . Smh . Also sent an estate cheque via regular mail and ofcoarse its lost now I gotta wait 5 more months to bring my mother home bcuz Stacey didnt wanna spend a couple bucks to ensure it makes it to the funeral home so I could bring my mother home . She replies im not spending my money on that , they can send another one ! So if someone else cashes it and then I have to wait longer and moma bills go into property taxes . This is how much they care about you and your family . Home should be shut down they dont up keep it well for being a chain. Stacey is also aware I dont drive and told me to come pick mail up or she's sending it back to sender so again I wait to bring my mother home . Sounds like abuse to me knowing I dont drive.

  I live across the street and it gets really annoying and aggravating when the women staff sit on the porch at 3 o’clock in the morning and they’re yelling at each other having conversations and I’m trying to sleep
