Rebecca was the most kind hearted individual in the whole residence it warmed me every time i saw her and her kindness filled my heart. whenever i went to take care of my grandpa with Alzheimers she always helped him remember. she even took my grandpa off life support so he can rest, she told me that someone makes her feel uncomfortable at work named "king" please do something about this for she puts the sun in sunshine.

My dad is a resident at this beautifully maintained property, located directly across the street from Lake Ontario. Staffing and care was the primary focus when moving him from another assisted living retirement residence that resulted in him being admitted to hospital due to lack of care. My dad has been a resident here for 6 months now on the 3rd floor. The staff are amazing, loving and attentive. The time they spend with the residents, sitting by their side, talking to them, genuinely shows their understanding and compassion, especially with those with advanced dimensia. When looking for a residence for your loved ones look for the smiles on the faces on the current residents while you visit, this will give you a good indication of standard of care. At Sunrise Burlington you will be greeted with these smiles the moment you walk in the doors. Great job to the staff and keep up the good work!

My grandmother has been living at Sunrise of Burlington for some time now, and our family has been very happy with the care she receives. The staff are genuinely kind, attentive, and always take the time to make residents feel comfortable and respected. The building is clean, bright, and welcoming, and there always seems to be something going on to keep residents engaged. Communication with the team has been easy and reassuring, which gives us a lot of peace of mind. Overall, it feels like a place where people are truly cared for, not just looked after.
