I had a very disappointing experience at this LTC facility. In my opinion, the management was unprofessional and rude when addressing concerns, which made an already difficult situation even more frustrating. I felt that communication was poor and that resident and family concerns were not taken seriously. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this facility to others. I believe the relevant authorities should closely review its operations and standards of care.

My aunt had a very negative experience at this nursing home, which ultimately led her to move out. While some nurses and staff members were kind, others were rude, unprofessional, and made her feel very uncomfortable. Overall, the facility did not feel like the right environment for her. The food was also not good, and the place itself did not feel very welcoming or well-maintained. I understand there may be changes in management, but based on her experience, I would still be cautious. I personally would not recommend this nursing home.
