  The CPAP machine is picked up today, and I have a brief conversation with team. I would have appreciated the opportunity for your staff to sit down with me and provide more detailed operating instructions. Unfortunately, the interaction left a negative impression. Based on this experience, I will be leaving a three-star review on Google.  My family and I will likely consider a different CPAP supplier in the future. John has clarified that this is the Bronze package, which does not include service. That said, it would still be appreciated if basic operating instructions could be provided at the time of pickup. Based on this clarification, I will be updating my Google review to five stars.

  I can’t recommend this place less. Needed to get a sleep mask for my senior father and our sleep clinic sent over the information to get a cpap machine. They kept pressuring for a sale while I was trying to make sure whatever the price was that it was the right machine. They assured us that the resmed 10 was best so I placed an order for him to pick up. They convinced us to also buy a flimsy chinstrap for extra 30$ which was not needed at all. When he arrived to pick up the machine they told me they would help choose the mask size - they did not. They just handed it over and said all instructions would be emailed. Forward to a few months later his doctor followed up with the clinic saying they sized him wrong. They said it’s not their problem. Now we are trying to get him a new face mask (not machine) and they said it was $240. The velcro doesn’t hold it secure and the nose covering was never the right size and hurts his face. We asked if it was covered under any warrenty since it’s only been a few months and they said no… so we asked if we will have to buy a new strap every 6 months if it constantly breaks and they said yes and said that is our only option - why convince us to buy something that doesn’t last even a year and is important to his health? My husband also has the same cpap machine from a different store in Toronto and they immediately upgraded him no questions asked to a better mask that will not break every few months and made from a plastic and magnet not a flimsy velcro even though it’s not under warranty. This place doesn’t care about your health only your money I regret ever coming here and I hope this post helps someone in the future.

  The entire team of Canadian Home Healthcare is highly professional and knowledgeable, m extremely helpful and super polite . From going over the available choices , throw easy electronic admin processing and up to final presentation on pick up, yet followed by instructional video which was send to me Thank you ! :) I highly recommend this company Anna Prokop
