I purchased my first CPAP machine from Med Pro Mississauga recently. I was very pleased and impressed with the friendly and knowledgeable staff. Kate explained the whole buying process and features of individual machines very clearly, and Jackie was a great support in organizing the appointment. They are a great team; I would highly recommend them.

I had an excellent experience with MedPro thanks to Kate’s outstanding assistance. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient. Kate took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and helped me find the exact mask I needed at a location only 10 minutes from my home. Great customer service and a smooth experience overall. Highly recommend!!!

MEDpro has been an amazing help to me. They explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy to understand. I am so happy and grateful because even though I am working in a remote reserve area in Ontario, they still found ways to help me complete and process my APAP. Miss Jackie was wonderful, she always kept me informed and regularly called me for follow-ups, which made me feel truly supported. Miss Kate, the technician, was also very helpful and patient in explaining everything in detail. I have severe sleep apnea, and MEDpro really went above and beyond to help me. I truly appreciate their care, professionalism, and dedication. Highly recommended!
