Monica was exceptionally friendly, professional, and made the entire experience very pleasant. She took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions and patiently showed me the various mask options available, ensuring I felt informed and comfortable with my choices. Her professionalism as a clinician was evident throughout the visit, and I truly appreciated her knowledge, attentiveness, and approachable manner.
