I almost never post reviews but I felt it was appropriate in this case. I have no experience with CPAC, and am not very tech savvy. I was very fortunate to have Lee-Anne as my coordinator. She was very patient explaining the device to me and is an excellent communicator as well as being friendly by nature. She promptly answered my questions and resolved any confusion or concerns I had with the tech in a laid back conversational manner including practical directions and suggestions specific to my circumstances. As a person on a fixed income, I appreciated the Lee -Anne and Inspiair managing to provide me with excellent equipment and service that fit comfortably in my limited income. I typically like to balance comments with a few areas for improvement but I really have nothing negative to add. Convenient location and easy contact with prompt responses for scheduling instruction and pickup. Keep up the great work Ross H.

Received my first APAP here and the service is amazing. Lee-Anne was the Patient Care Co-Ordinator that assisted me with the training and setup. She is so kind with a lot of patience and made me feel really comfortable with the whole process. I would highly recommend anyone who requires a machine for sleep apnea to come here. You really feel cared for and that all your needs are with professionals who know what they’re doing.

Thanks Inspiair for the wonderful service! A special thanks from my heart to amazing Lee-anne for her warm greetings and welcoming us to her office. We had a great meeting with her going through all the options and discussing the best one for my husband. It was a fun orientation actually. Lee-Anne and Jazz, are amazing in following up with all details. They have initiatives , when we called to ask for sending the data to the doctor, we found out that they have already sent them.
