I’ve had a subscription with them for the last few years and each time the subscription period arrives I get charges immediately and then nothing from the company until I reach out. Each time I reach out I am assured that everything will be corrected and it won’t be an issue moving forward. Just happened again - nothing for weeks, I send an email complaining and literally half-an-hour later I receive shipping confirmation (but still no communication directly). 4 days later the mask arrives. No communication, no compensation - so frustrating…
