Michele is extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. I had an appointment on January 26 for a new CPAP mask fitting, and despite the extreme snowstorm and difficult travel conditions, she still made it. She was very considerate and understanding about the travel time. I truly appreciate her excellent service and her thoughtful advice in helping me choose the mask that best fits my needs.
