The level of knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail is simply head and shoulders above all others (and I deal with all others in my line of work). The owner himself or one of their highly knowledgeable people answer office calls immediately. No bots, low quality call centers or "integrated voice response" hell... just good local people who like to help. Conversions we've done to date have been seamless and with zero downtime. Human response when alarms are triggered are almost instantaneous, helpful, polite and best of all local so already aware of regional weather, power or other issues that may be factors. If you've ever wondered what white glove service that truly appreciates your business would be like, give them a try.

I am among those who went from AAA, to be switched to Bell, and let go with API, the worst nightmare one may endure with an alarm/monitoring business in this country. Winnipeg Alarm (WA) is a family business. That attracted my attention right away. But what amazed me is the quick response from (WA), and being told that I didn't have to change anything with the alarm system I had already. Rick & Brad arrived on time, did the switch right away (another amazement: no need to book an appointment), and tested the connections, especially to the monitoring center (in Winnipeg). A little glitch occured the day after. Just a phone call, and the team came home, solved the issue. If, like myself, you're having endless trouble with your alarm/monitoring system, do not hesitate in calling Winnipeg Alarm. I strongly recommend this business.
