We had a bed from this company that we purchased at Costco. When we had some questions about the bed I contacted NSC Medical corp and very quickly had all my concerns dealt with. Shawn was extremely helpful and very kind and courteous to deal with. I would recommend the products from this company.

Shawn and Eric were extemely accommodating and very patient with me while I tried several mattress options available for the NSC Medical NanoSleep Adjustable Bed System on display in their Mississauga showroom. I was very pleased with the comfort of the NSC firm mattress and the bed's many adjustable features. I would highly recommend NSC Medical and their NanoSleep Adjustable Bed to anyone in need for a home hospital bed. It's definitely the bed for me! Thank you again to Shawn and Eric!

Shawn was fantastic to deal with! He went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to get a bed for my mother in a short time frame. The crew that delivered and set up the bed were polite, professional and efficient. The bed is great. My mom says it’s really comfortable and she is happy with it. Finally the bed looks great. It doesn’t look like a hospital or care home bed. Friends and family have commented on how nice it looks. It was great to deal with a Canadian company. Thanks Shawn.
