I have been dealing with VitalAire on Creditview in Mississauga for more than 10 years. Had I known I could leave a google review, I would have left one much sooner. The staff are very pleasant and accommodating but a definite shout out to Elsa who has looked after me since the beginning. She is so helpful and goes above and beyond. I had called today about my order and instead of just having me pick it up, made an appointment for me so we could touch base and review my needs. Again going above and beyond. We needed ResMed Airfit replacement mask and hose. This location in Mississauga was nearby us. It is located in this huge and beautiful building with multiple entrances. Remember they are in Unit #6 which is the last unit! Follow the loan sign board on the road near parking (shown in picture). We met Ms. Yashika on reception who is knowledgeable and polite. She helped with both products and we had a nice conversation.

We went for appointment with Elsa for cpp machine and we have delayed response from our insurance but Elsa is very patient and co operative she try her level best and give us machine and explain all process very nicely I really appreciate the great service Thanks Elsa and team !!!
