Stopped in last week to pick up a knee brace. The staff were very friendly and quick to greet me, which I appreciated. That said, within the first few minutes I was asked three times if I needed help, which felt a bit overwhelming. A little more space to browse before checking in would make the experience even better. Overall, great service—just a small suggestion to ease up on the frequent check-ins 🙂

Mike assisted in buying some mobility items. He was patient and very knowledgeable and walked us through from the start to finish without losing patience. Very customer oriented especially for your company’s age demographic.

We had such an incredible experience with Paras Jain that I felt compelled to leave a review. From the moment we met him, he made us feel comfortable, heard, and genuinely cared for. He took his time explaining every single step of the process and patiently answered every question we had, no matter how detailed. He never once made us feel rushed or like we were asking too much. Paras is extremely knowledgeable and informative, and his attention to detail really stood out. Every answer he gave was thorough, easy to understand, and backed by expertise. He was punctual, approachable, soft-spoken, kind, and incredibly empathetic throughout the entire appointment. What impressed us the most was the level of care and compassion he provided. We actually got our first CPAP machine from a different vendor six years ago, and the experience doesn’t even come close to the exceptional service Paras provided. This was a completely different level of healthcare; one where we truly felt acknowledged, respected, and supported every step of the way. If you’re looking for someone for CPAP, APAP, or BPAP services, I cannot recommend Paras highly enough. He is outstanding at what he does, and it’s clear that he genuinely cares about his patients. Thank you, Paras, for setting such a high standard for patient care. You’re truly amazing at what you do!
