Orthopedic Rehabilitation

Multidisciplinary assessment and intervention for disorders related to the nerves and muscles. Follows the child's health and therapy needs from diagnosis until his or her transition to adult services. Families also receive education, emotional support and assistance in accessing financial or other community resources.
