The Normandy is a beautiful new building with many amenities, but it's the staff that makes it so special. My mother was there for almost 3 years, and she enjoyed it immensely. When she had health issues the Wellness staff responded. When she had maintenance problems the Maintenance staff were right on it. Housekeeping did a wonderful job of keeping her apartment spotless, and helping with laundry. The chef was amazing, and the dining room staff would notice if she missed a meal, and check on her. And the best part was that Mom considered all the staff her friends, and felt very much at home. She made many friends with the other residents, and enjoyed socializing at the happy hours. I would highly recommend the Normandy for anyone looking for a little more help in their older years.

A stunning new retirement home in Kingston’s East Side. Just beautiful! Decor, Staff and Food are amazing. You should tour this beautiful Retirement Home. It's the nicest one in Kingston.

Thanks so much to Kelly for inviting me to perform an hour of singing and guitar for the residents at Normandy Retirement for their Happy Hour! A marvellous facility filled with wonderful and engaging people! Had a great time and look forward to hopefully returning!
