My mother-in-law spent a month of respite in the retirement residence. It was so comforting to us to know that she had access to 24 hr a day care. The staff was very friendly. She enjoyed her well-lit room and the variety of meals in the dining room. She made frequent use of the library and took advantage of some of the entertainment provided. Overall, we appreciated the care she received. Thanks!

My sister and I had to put our dad in a retirement home after he broke his hip. We chose Trillium Ridge because it was close to his home. It was the best decision we could have made. Right away we knew things would be good. When I went to look at the rooms and choose one, both Phil and Dianne were so friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and were genuinely interested in my fathers well being. Dad settled in quite nicely and was amazed how quickly everyone knew his name. ALL the staff are awesome and so willing to answer questions and help out. Dad is 91 and looks better now than he has in a long time. The food is excellent (I know because I had lunch with him one day), the calendar is full of activities, music, exercise, social times to name a few. (I hear Carol Ann has quite an excellent fitness class that my dad enjoys). I met the new General Manager, Iris, and she is just as caring and delightful as Phil was. The staff at Trillium Ridge truely care about my dads physical and mental health, and it shows in his positive outlook. Thanks to EVERYONE at Trillium Ridge for making it truely Dads home, not just a room in a building.
