  Charlene and all support staff at Allendale station are phenomenal! I recently held a Seniors Seminar at the residence, which was extremely successful. Parking for guests/residents is great, accessibility is very well thought out and it was nice to see first hand how happy the residents are. There was a BBQ lunch event being held the day we were there and it was really well attended with great food, music playing and lots of happy faces. Well done to all the staff and I look forward to holding another function there in the fall.

  Our family entrusted Chartwell Allandale Station with the care of our mother for over three years, and we are so grateful we did. She first joined the independent living community in November 2022, and when her needs grew, the transition to assisted living last summer was handled with such compassion and sensitivity — it never felt like a clinical process, but a natural, caring step. From the moment you walk through the door, the warmth of reception staff like Victoria sets the tone for everything. They always greeted our mother by name and made our family feel welcome every single visit. The facility itself was consistently clean, bright, and comfortable — truly a place mom was proud to call home. The staff were nothing short of exceptional. They were attentive, kind, and genuinely invested in mom’s well-being — not just her medical needs, but her dignity and happiness. The quality of personal care she received gave our whole family enormous peace of mind. We cannot thank them enough. Not only Victoria, but also everyone from Charlene, Melissa, and Ana, to guest attendants like Jennifer, Anita, Ayswarya, Priya, Charles, Ola, Joseph, Enobong, Anupa and Vargues, plus the nurses, Amrita, Amara, Angela, Chan and Elle. All were positively exceptional in their care and attention. Thank you all so much. Our mother passed away recently, and while our hearts are heavy, we take real comfort knowing she spent her final years in such a warm, professional, and loving environment. We cannot recommend Chartwell Allandale Station highly enough to any family navigating this journey.

  We just wanted to say thank you to everyone at Allandale Station. How wonderful it was for mom and dad to have lived at Allandale Station for the last few years of their lives. Mom and dad have recently passed away and we just wanted to mention that they were very, very well looked after and cared for by all the staff at Allandale. My sister Diane and I wanted to thank everyone. We never had to worry about them being cared for or being bathed or fed. It was very comforting to know. Mom and dad always talked about how good things were and how happy they were while they lived at Allandale. So, Thank You Again, Terry and Deanna Bodnar, Diane and Marty Rusk.
