You can feel the positive energy the moment you walk in. The space is beautiful, clean, and feels like home, not a facility. Total peace of mind knowing our loved one is here. Received a beautiful plate of cookies for the visit of my grandkids & great grandkids from our Food Service Manager Maurice. That was so kind of him. That’s why this is such a great place to live. Everyone is so very accommodating!!!

We just moved my mother to Chartwell Hawthorn and I am very pleased. The place is bright and cheeful not a depressing institutional feel. All of the staff is very friendly and eager to assist my mother. If she doesn't come down for breakfast they will call and check on her. The food is top notch. The dining room is very accommodating and give half orders if my mothers appetite doesn't require a full order. The building and suites are well maintained. My mother even said that we should have made the move years ago. I never thought I would hear her saythat.
