It was three years ago that my mom, Jean, moved into The Waterford. She was originally in a two bedroom suite with my Dad but has since moved on her own into a one bedroom suite, both suites are beautiful, quiet, clean and spacious. We had looked at many different independent senior living options and settled on The Waterford. I am so glad we did ! I feel completely confident in Mom's safety on her own here. The staff is always helpful and kind and greets everyone with a smile and a chat. Even my little dog is welcome to visit. There are many options of activities, from tea time, exercise time, to an outing on the bus. The bus service to scheduled appointments is also a great service. Mom keeps active by helping with the gardens and indoor holiday decorations. She keeps her finger on the pulse of The Waterford by attending monthly meetings with management and the chef that are open to all residents. They are always willing to discuss ideas and operations. The food? Delicious ! Meals are prepared in house and offer many options. The Sunday Brunch is a big hit with residents and families. In short, I am very satisfied with our choice of The Waterford. It's a safe, friendly, beautiful environment. Thank you to all staff and residents for making it the best choice for my Mom !

My mother lived at the Waterford for 12 plus years until her health declined greatly and needed more care. Her 12 years at the Waterford were a wonderful experience, she was treated with respect and they cared for her with great dignity. My experience with the Waterford is a fantastic one while looking after my elderly mother. They are great people at the Waterford!

I have been living at the Waterford for almost 3 years now and have enjoyed every Minute. The staff and management are always very pleasant friendly and this reflects on the residents who portray the same upbeat and friendly interactions with each other. The bus at our disposal is well used for personal outings (doctors appointments etc) as well as resident sight seeing rides, Christmas lights, country tours etc. Our Recreational Director keeps an extensive calendar of things to do whether in house or on the road so you can keep very busy or not depending on your wishes. The atmosphere at Waterford is a warmth you feel as soon as you walk through the front doors. I couldn’t be happier that this is the facility I have chosen to spend my final years.
