Moving to Wild Rose was a difficult transition for my mother, as the decision for her to leave her home of 68 years was made by her doctors. She has been at Wild Rose for about six months now. She has adapted to the change surprisingly well. She has always been well cared for by all the staff and the support I have gotten has been great, too. My mother took a fall and broke a rib a couple of weeks ago. I am grateful to all the caregivers, the dining room staff, and the office staff, for the care they have provided to her while she recovers. The 'community' is not too big; it has a family feel to it. For the most part, the staff know the residents' by name. Something you may not find in a larger facility. Lorna

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My parents recently moved into Wild Rose and after lots of initial hesitation, they’ve adjusted incredibly well. The smaller size of the facility means they receive the proper care, attention, and support they need, without feeling lost in the crowd. The staff here are exceptional. Krish, the general manager, is always on top of any issues and runs the home with professionalism and genuine care. His team—Scott, Alex, Tina, Natalia and Jill—are consistently friendly, helpful, and compassionate in every interaction. The meals are plentiful and nutritious. The kitchen staff are so patient & personable. My parents also have access to a variety of leisure and recreational programs. They also appreciate the privacy of their own suite but having extra medical support on site gives me tremendous peace of mind, I’m grateful for the wonderful team that has helped make this transition such a positive experience. So happy to see them safe, comfortable and well cared for and thank you to everyone else who helps them. Highly recommend Wild Rose if you are looking for a senior assisted living place to call home.

Thank you so much for providing a safe and caring place for my mother to live. There are lots of activities for her to enjoy and the staff are very kind and accommodating. Wildrose is a very nurturing community where each resident feels welcome and included. The food is good and the Chef even provides fresh baked cookies for special events. We appreciate the good communication from the General Manager and the willingness of all Optima staff to work with us in ensuring our Mom is happy and healthy in her Wildrose home.
