I recently had surgery for knee replacement and stayed at the Chartwell Lord Lansdowne for two weeks immediately after for my convalescence. I first want to say that I highly recommend the Chartwell Lord Lansdowne for anyone in a similar situation. My initial contact was with Natalie Anthony, Retirement Living Consultant. She was very personable and helpful and was thorough in assessing my needs and customizing my suite to accommodate them. She checked on me regularly through my stay. All of the staff could not have been more attentive. The nurses, housekeeping, maintenance, servers in the dining room and administration made me feel very welcome. I also enjoyed a long chat with Leann Halpenny, the General Manager, when she stopped by my suite to see how I was getting along. I appreciated the daily variety offered at meals, and the a la carte menu if you preferred something different. I think that my stay at the Chartwell Lord Lansdowne helped greatly to speed my recovery. Phil Dunning

We’ve had a great ongoing working relationship with Chartwell Lansdowne Retirement Residence. The staff are always friendly, professional, and very welcoming to both residents and contractors. The facility is consistently clean, well-maintained, and hygienic, which really reflects the care and attention of the team. A special shoutout to Ryan for consistently accommodating our team during repair and mitigation work and for making coordination smooth and efficient. It’s always a pleasure working with such a supportive and respectful team.
