Poor on boarding and communication. Sales will praise food but in the assisted living floor, residents do not have healthy balanced meals. Staff is to busy to help getting options. For breakfast, what you see is what you get. Staff is lacking empathy. Yes, my parent is difficult, but it's the reality of the elderly. Sadly, it's a business... Sales staff will promise a level of service that will remain fictitious. My parent moved out and would not recommend.

Cité Parkway welcomed my mother! They have continued to give her great care and lots of great engagement! The staff have all been 100% helpful and always friendly. They go above and beyond caring for the residents and their families.

My husband moved to Cité Parkway on July 31st, 2025. He had just been dismissed from a three week stay at the hospital. He was warmly greeted with a welcome gift upon arrival. From that very moment, the staff was most attentive to his needs. His suite is located in the memory care wing of the residence. The PSWs do their best to accommodate my husband's needs in spite of the shortage of staff. As in all health care facilities in Canada, there is never enough staff. The problem is not specific to this establishment, it is a flaw in the Canadian Health Care system. Whenever I raise a concern, it is always addressed promptly and professionally by management.
