It was great everyone was very helpful and big improvement in my mobility. Thank you all the PSWs, and physio staff and boss too Patel, and all the nurses and kitchen staff, with cleaners, this is how I feel.

When I came to Brampton Extendacare care I could not lift my left arm with no weight. Now I am using a 3 lb weight. At times you think the excersises given are a waste of time...but...they are very helpful in regaining strength. The physio therapy personnel are here to help us and they do if you are willing to do the work.

Hey, Please note that this place has a bunch of unprofessional staff . I called them regarding my grandmother's treatment. The staff named Daniel, was very rude on the phone and he was not professional. Then I talked to ADOC Bijini who doesn't know anything about the health system in Canada. I don't know how these staff are able to work in this facility. DOC Manika and the management staff doesn't care about these issues. Management team has no dedication to the resident, families and staff. Zero star.
