I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this senior home was disappointing enough that I felt the need to share it. The level of professionalism I experienced was completely unacceptable. My interactions with Narinder and Roobal were extremely frustrating. They both came across as dismissive, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Every concern or question I had felt brushed off as if it didn’t matter, and instead of communicating respectfully, they made me feel like I was an inconvenience. During one of the conversations, Roobal even rolled his eyes, which I found incredibly rude and unnecessary. I expected far better from people working in a professional healthcare environment. Respect and basic courtesy should be the minimum, but that was not my experience. Based on how I was treated, I cannot recommend this facility. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the conduct of these employees so others do not have the same experience.
