Tall pine is a wonderful place for the elderly, they are carefully cared for with kindness & respect, all the staff are very caring, Curteous, & respectful. They genuinely care the nurses, the doctors, the PSW , the social workers all of them genuinely care. They even care for the families of the residents. Svetlana , Nadia, Nickol, and all the rest of the staff are the best to deal with. The place is very spacious and very organized.

Tall Pines Long Term Care stands for a caring and compassionate community. The residents are treated well with love, respect and dignity. The facility is maintained by staff members who do their jobs to meet and exceed quality standards. The residents receive the highest degree of support from amazing and dedicated staff and volunteers. The chaplain holds regular spiritual services from diverse faith groups to nourish the soul of the residents. I had a chance to attend the celebration of life of the departed loved ones and I witnessed how the chaplain, staff and volunteers value the memories left behind by the residents. Thank you Tall Pines for reflecting how much you contribute towards the best service every human being deserves, up to their last years. May you continue to be a blessing not only to all those whose lives you have touched, but to all those who will need you most!

Thank you for looking after my mom May the 14 years she lived there. I live out out in BC and each time I came east I was impressed with how my mom was looked after by the staff and the quality of the food and care she received. My sister Rhonda came to visit every weekend. After my mom’s funeral I drove up to Tall Pines and spoke with the director of Nursing to thank her and the staff for all the work they do in looking after her and all the residents there.
