My mother-in-law lives here, and unfortunately, this place has gone downhill in activities recently and food. I’m unsure what’s going on, but it’s awful. Did they also stop posting individual photos on Facebook? We used to send them to family. It’s definitely not what we were promised when we her In as well as hardly enough PSW and nursing staff.

I was there about two weeks ago. Seemed like they were short staff in the kitchen. the GM (Kristy) was actually hand delivering the food to help out!

Great colleagues and positive kitchen staff. However, I found management to be disorganized and communication was often unclear. My experience with the team was good, but the leadership structure could be improved.
