My dad is in this place and it's horrible I can't wait to move him from here it smells like pee and other things I won't say.there is no stimulation and they don't do any activities.the food is horrible and it's locked up like ur a caged animal an institution.no outings no shuttle bus they do the bare minimum to save money the price is outrageous for what u get very little. Everytime i leave my dad here I cry.looking for a better place they just rob u. I don't recommend it to anyone my dad has been attacked many times by other residents there.and when u call they never get back to u.please if u love ur parents don't put them here.just a place to put them to sit in their room all day and to die

As the owner of a senior moving and transition company, I’ve had the opportunity to work with many retirement residences, and our experience with this community has been excellent. In particular, working with Nathalie from Grace Hill was a pleasure. She is professional, highly knowledgeable, and a strong advocate for the residents and their families. She worked closely with us and the family to ensure the move was as seamless and stress-free as possible. Every staff member we encountered and had the pleasure of speaking with was kind, welcoming, and helpful. The team is also very knowledgeable and experienced in supporting seniors who require memory care, which brings great peace of mind to families. We truly value the collaboration and would confidently recommend this residence.

My mother has been at the Forest Valley residence since September 2024. We are very pleased with the amazing care and attention she receives. She repeatedly tells us that she is happy, she loves the staff and, despite her dementia, refers to the residence as her «home» where she loves to walk. We were told that my mother would thrive at Forest Valley. It only took a few weeks for us to see the positive change in my mother. We attribute this to the great staff and care at Forest Valley.
