Roberta Place long-term care staff have been wonderful with my father. He enjoys the weekly musical entertainment and is very comfortable with the staff who care for him. The home is very welcoming to family and friends who visit.

I highly recommend Roberta Place LTC, it feels so friendly, and has the wonderful staff in every department!!! This place is great, and very professional in all manner of cares. "I am incredibly impressed with the Healthcare Team, the management and the Nursing Staff their professionalism is outstanding, they are so dedicated, at this home. They take the time to truly communicate with residents, ensuring everyone is informed and comfortable. The environment itself is wonderful; the decor is not only beautiful-- and has neat, functional wall hangings that residents can interact with, this adds so much to the atmosphere. When I come in here all the Psw staff greet me by name, they are so kind, and surprisingly the Doctor greeted me too. The competence and flexibility of the entire team are evident in how they promote resident autonomy. I want to give a special shout-out to the Restorative Staff for their constant positivity and the Enrichment Group for their wonderful activities. Excellent leadership, —keep up the great work!" Thank you all for making your facility feel like a home, the place is lovely.
