We love the friendliness of the V!VA Staff! After only 2 weeks, staff know our names, including our family members. It is a very welcoming and accommodating place to live. The amenities and options for activities are amazing. There’s even a shuttle bus for shopping! It is so nice not having to cook! We should have moved here years ago!

As a new resident of VIVA Pickering I wanted to comment on how friendly everyone is here! The food is phenomenal, not only nutritious but varied as well. I made a great decision when I decided to join VIVA.

Making the decision to move from a well loved home to a new environment can be frightening. My husband and I thoroughly investigated our options and after visiting several retirement communities and even booking a 2 week stay at 2 of our top picks, it was very easy to make the decision to move to VIVA Pickering. The staff is top notch, friendly and caring. It is a pleasure to interact with them. The food is delicious with a good variety. The Lifestyles department provides many interesting and fun activities, including physical and mental stimulation, outings, entertainment, etc. Can't say enough good things about them. Perfect for active seniors. We truly are "Happier Here"!
