I recently signed up with MedicAlert and wanted to share my awesome experience. Prince helped me figure out exactly what to engrave on my ID—he was super friendly and patient. Thanks for making the whole process way easier and less stressful than expected.

We ordered a bracelet for my teen daughter who has type 1 diabetes. The website reported one sizing adjustment was included. The bracelet was too large. My husband called to ask about the process of getting an adjustment and the call agent reported that she has the smallest size in that bracelet and we would need to purchase another (expensive) bracelet. My husband asked again can you not remove links, the answer was no. (Makes me think these are not made by medic-alert). He said okay well I guess I will have to pay to have it adjusted and she informed him that would void the warranty. She then proceeded to tell him that they would like to be able to rely on a suggested donation about of $100 as they are a registered charity. (So let’s get this straight, we have a bracelet she can’t wear, we need to buy another, and you want $100). Terrible. We have a membership but I think having a bracelet with her diagnosis, and our phone numbers is all we will do moving forward).
