Funny how my comment also concerns the driver. Apparently he must be a 16 year old by the way he drives, especially in a city with frozen streets. Remind him he is driving around with a direct link to his employer emblazoned on the side of that van. Not impressed.

Please reminder the driver of your company service van that is currently parking overnight in a residential parking zone around the corner of Southgate and Hayward streets that the parking of commercial vehicles is not permitted as per current parking bylaws. If this continues the vehicle will be ticketed.
