Stroke Rehabilitation

Post Acute Care Rehabilitation (PACR) Program

32-bed short-term rehabilitation program for people recovering for orthopedic surgery, hip and other fractures; people with medically complex conditions and post-stroke complications affecting their motor skills; people recovering from multi-organ transplant surgery; and people who have had stroke and neurological issues. Services provided by a physician, nurses, physiotherapist, occupational therapist, rehab assistants, speech language pathologist, recreation therapist, social worker, and dietitian. Services include more complex medical conditions with General Internal Medicine coverage.
