After a fast swim in a very warm pool. I was horrified of waste on bottom (poo). April 15th. Disgusting as I had a guest with me. So after a 45 second entry of warm pool. I feel dick. And I know the older folks workout in it ect. But very sad to see this on bottom and 3 showers later still sick about this matter. I will be notifying Toronto heath yo inspect this pool water for samples asap. As my guest was turned off of the idea of moving into your beautiful buildings. But now looking elsewhere. Tenant that is sad and disgusted

Much of the staff are lovely people but management creates a toxic environment. Many residents have left the building recently according to the VHA. This place appears to be great but the inner working are atrocious corporate greed. My parent is much happier having been relocated. The food is low quality since the economy turned. Workers fear for their job security and generally follow the harsh orders from management regarding direct treatment of residents. But the gossip that seeps through paints a nasty picture behind the nice hallways and lobby. This was nothing but an ongoing headache and terrible money pit. If you love your family STEEER CLEAR!

My experience at Amica Bayview Gardens was truly unforgettable. Gene was not just a great and experienced teacher, but also a caring mentor who shared her knowledge wholeheartedly. When others made me feel unwelcome, Gene welcomed me with kindness, took me in, and personally tutored me. Her patience, guidance, and encouragement meant so much to me. Gene, I say this from the bottom of my heart, I am forever grateful for your support and would not trade that experience for anything in the world.
