As a Bayshore Home Care employee, I am very familiar with many retirement facilities and to be honest Red Oak is by far the best retirement home that I’ve experienced. My parents are residents at Red Oak and I am so impressed with the staffs care and compassion with the residents. I am very observant to my surroundings while I’m there and I am always seeing joyful , happy employees. Special thanks to Melissa at the front desk. Melissa greets us all with her huge smile and happy disposition. It’s such a great feeling to walk in to Red Oak and be greeted by Melissa, she seems to stop what she working on, look up and greet us , it make me feel noticed and important. Thank you to the entire Red Oak team!! Anne-Louise

The retirement home is well maintained with lots of amenities and activities for the residents every day. The food in the dining room is very good. The staff check on residents if the resident hasn't gone down to eat, which brings peace of mind. Overall, it's a very nice facility with different levels of care provided if needed.

The staff and nurses are fantastic and they make every effort to make my mother’s stay at the Red Oak very comfortable and they keep me informed of everything that happens with mom. The facilities and grounds are very comfortable for mom.
