The healthcare team balances professionalism with a personal touch, and the staff are consistently friendly and supportive. Residents treat each other with respect, adding to the sense of community. The building itself is fresh, clean, and highly functional. Knowing my father is happy and well looked after brings me immense peace.”

Choosing a retirement residence for my mother was not easy. The staff at Carp Commons made the entire process reassuring and stress-free. They were kind, courteous, and informative, never pressuring us and supporting us every step of the way. My mother feels safe, comfortable, and at home, and that means everything to us.

I am writing to share how pleased I am with the experience my mother is having at Carp Commons Retirement Village. She moved there in April 2025 and is thriving. The staff have been truly amazing and demonstrate genuine care for the residents. My mother is always engaged, whether she is attending an event or activity on-site, or signing up for an excursion outside the residence. Thank you for providing such a wonderful environment for her. She is proud to call the Carp Commons home.
